I recently finished a great book called Bursting With Energy by Dr. Frank Shallenberger. This book contains excellent information. While the book was written before the patches were introduced, I include a review of this book here because there is so much explanation in it about energy and all of it will give the reader a better understanding of how energy in the body works and why our patches are effective. Dr. Shallenberger actually did an independent research study several years ago on the energy patches. His findings were astounding. I believe even he was shocked. It feels good knowing a physician who is so knowledgeable about energy production in the body is in full support of the patches. He has stated that he has been doing Bio Energy Testing for many years now, and results like what come with the patches do not just happen normally. It really blew him away.
The book is wonderful. In it is a detailed explanation of how energy in our bodies works. He then gives 8 secrets on how to increase our energy in our bodies.
Remember, this book came out before the patches so there is no information on the patches. Do the information in this book and wear the patches and the results will be incredible. I have no doubt about that. Dr. Shallenberger also explains Bio Energy Testing in depth. This book is simply fascinating.
